Brief Work History

Dalsie G. Baniala Tolang serves in the ICT industry and development in Vanuatu and across the region for over 15 years. As the ADB, ICT National Project Manager she is currently implementing Smart Island Project for the Vanuatu Government & the ITU. She is also the Telecommunications Regulatory Advisor to Palau’s Regulatory Authority and the ICT Regulatory Advisor to the Government of Nauru through the National Communications Authority (NCA).

With over 15 years of leadership experiences in the ICT/telecommunications industry, she is aware of the national challenges and situations the Pacific region is facing, in particular Vanuatu. She has worked for international aid donors including the World Bank and the ADB implementing respective ICT related projects. In the past 15 months, she has served Vanuatu Post Office as one of its Board of Directors. Dalsie is the former and first Ni-Vanuatu Telecommunications, Radiocommunications and Broadcasting Regulator.
